FIELD FRAGMENTS

A series of intimate scale photographs that transport us into uncanny encounters with contemporary landscape— stretches of vast territories under pressure, where we see fragments of leisure yachts trailblazing arid landscapes. In FIELD FRAGMENTS - MIRAGE, the boat’s lustrous paint surface appears as a mirage of blue more vivid than the sky itself as if to step in and reconfigure the air and our reading of space.

Le projet s'ouvre sur des photographies d'une série de 5 œuvres qui nous transportent dans un environnement de paysage contemporain. Dans FIELD FRAGMENTS - MIRAGE, nous découvrons une petite impression numérique sur papier d'un bateau à moteur qui traverse un paysage aride. La surface lustrée du bateau apparaît comme un mirage de bleu plus vif que le ciel lui-même, comme s'il reconfigurait l'air et notre lecture de l'espace.
